I'm Charlie a women's health and nutrition coach specialising in nutrition for women in all stages of life.
Whether you are working on yourself, trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, tackling perimenopause, reached menopause or at any other stage in life, you will be fully supported and always met with a empathetic ear.
I offer gentle, evidence based guidance to help you feel nourished, balanced and confident.

My approach combines evidence based nutrition, mindful eating and personalised coaching to help you find balance, enjoy food without restriction and to feel your best at any stage of motherhood and womanhood.
My role isn't to swoop in and change your whole diet & lifestyle, its my role to support you, listen to your wants and needs and guide you to where you want to be.
I created the 6 week programme - The Nourished Motherhood Method.
I guide women to improve their health, energy, and relationship with food. We look into sleep, gut health, body image and much more.
This is the only programme you'll ever need. You will finish the 6 week programme full of evidence based knowledge that will stay with you for life.

Hi, I’m Charlie, the founder of CC Nutrition.
I’m a proud mum of two and a dog mum to our Frenchie, Evie. I love nothing more than getting outdoors in the beautiful Norfolk countryside with my family and Evie, or spending quality time with loved ones.
My passion for nutrition has always been present but it became a true focus after the birth of my youngest. I found myself constantly researching, experimenting and quickly discovered how the changes I made to my diet had a huge impact on my mood, mental health, energy levels and overall wellbeing.
Food really does shape how we feel in daily life.
Through these changes, I lost nearly 4 stone, so I truly understand the journey and the challenges that come with it.
Before starting CC Nutrition, I spent over a decade as a stay at home mum and my previous roles have always centred around caring for and supporting others. Helping people is second nature to me and it’s something I put my whole heart into.
My qualifications are-
